The Sun Lounge has Local Authority Type Approval; it consists of a ground floor conservatory with a traditional tiled roof, adding an additional room incorporating similar materials and detailing as the existing dwelling. Your room is warm in the winter and cool in the summer, not easily achieved by a conventional plastic conservatory. Its versatility offers differing floor finishes and ceiling heights, window & door types, etc.

A concealed steel framework supports a traditional tiled roof. A high level of insulation incorporated within the floor, walls, windows & roof give a high level of thermal insulation, again not achieved by a conventional plastic conservatory.

This is a proven construction technique, completed rooms can be viewed. Planning permission and building regulations approval is offered together with the design & supervision using the companies own resources ensuring a guarantee of quality.
